It can all feel incredibly overwhelming. That's why it's crucial to stay aware of our mental state, to recognize when we're feeling 'off,' and to reach out for help when self-care isn’t enough. Remember, seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Yes, we are all about securing the bag, but not to the detriment of our mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual well-being. Remember, health is wealth, and this includes mental health, especially in the context of entrepreneurship!
